돼지국밥 Pork Soup

 

 

"Pork bone soup" is a restaurant dish where pork bones and meat are boiled thoroughly to make a broth, then the cooked meat is sliced and added as a garnish, served with rice rolled in. Typically, when people in South Korea's Gyeongsang Province think of "gukbap," this is what comes to mind.


돼지의 뼈와 살코기를 푹 삶아 우려낸 국물에 삶아진 살코기를 썰어 고명으로 넣고 밥을 말아 먹는 식당 음식. 보통 대한민국의 경상도 지역에선 국밥이라 하면 이걸 생각하는 경우가 많다.
